Mebane Youth Soccer AssociationI coach U12 Challenge boys team. Many of my players have attended week-long camps at universities in NC including UNC, Elon, and Duke. My players developed thier technical skills more rapidly in a week with Premier UK, than the time they spent at the universities. This is a new team comprised of players whom had not been together before, and the format and structure of the academy brought the players together much faster than I expected. The team gelled very quickly and were functioning as a unit by the end of the week. They started their first season with a 3-0 win over a team that had been together for 4 seasons.
East Wake Soccer AssociationPremier UK Soccer began working with our 94′ boys Classic team last summer through a week long camp. I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of the trainers we made the decision to bring them back in the fall. They have now been training our kids for two seasons and we plan to invite them back this fall to work with all of our Classic and Challenge teams. Each and every session is well structured with a common theme in mind. They start with the basics of the practice topic and build up to a game scenario. This type of approach really helps the kids relate the skill to the game. Each session is well organized and fast paced flowing at a speed the kids can understand. In my ten plus years of involvement with youth soccer I’ve never seen a more structured program. The training these guys provide is “top shelf” and has really made a difference in the performance of our team.

Gentlemen, I want to express our sincere appreciation for an OUTSTANDING soccer camp that you held for the kids of our organization! Over the years, the YAKS organization has conducted summer skills camps with various soccer academies but our experience with PremierUKthis year was exceptional! Some of the comments I heard from the parents of players attending were: “My son couldn’t stop talking about the things he learned today at camp” & “My daughter said she had never worked so hard at soccer, but she still had fun and wants to do it again as soon as possible”.
I personally witnessed an amazing transformation of our players from Monday to Friday. Each child, from the Rec player to the Challenge level player learned valuable lessons this week. The Premier UK coaching style was very effective for our kids. You should be proud that every player on the pitch improved their skill level due to your instruction. YAKS looks forward to having our Premier UK Summer Camp again in 2012. You guys were easy to work with and extremely adaptable to our requests, thank you.
Practice makes Permanent!

Swansboro Soccer AssociationThe Premier UK mini camp was the first camp my son has participated in since he began playing soccer when he was 9. He truly enjoyed working with the coaches and learning the fancy footwork from them. He came home each night after the camp and would stay outside and practice the maneuvers he had learned until I forced him to come inside because it was too dark. He was excited to be able to use the new skills at the next game they played, and he was able to execute some of them beautifully! He learned a lot in the 2 short days of the mini- camp. If anyone has the opportunity to participate in one of the Premier UK Camps, it would be a very good investment for the player and for their team!
Premier UK began working with our U11 Boys Challenge team with a team camp over the summer. The boys grew tremendously and clearly advanced as players. The next season they began training one night per week and the continued growth of the players was noticeable. The team has continued to develop and is now trained and coached full time by Premier UK as a top level Open Classic division team with plans to make Elite at U13 and Premier at U14. The team camps that Premier UK provides can not be beaten. We’ve attended college camps charging 3-4 times as much as Premier UK in the past and we learned substantially more with the custom Premier UK camps tailored to our needs. We are looking forward to a long relationship
I coach three travel teams for Sampson County Soccer Club. Under 10 girls, Under 13 girls, and Under 17 boys. PremierUKprovides intense, high level technical training which we lack in our club program. Our coaching staff did not play high level collegiate soccer or international soccer. All the Premier UK coaches have international, collegiate, and in many cases professional experience. Just 12 sessions per fall and spring season provided dramatic foot skill and game tactical improvement for all my teams. Several of my boys are now being recruited by collegiate programs or hope to play in college. PremierUKsummer team camps are a notch above any other program my athletes have participated in. Their half day session provides more touches on the ball than a whole day session at a residential camp and a fraction of the cost. Premier UK training is not for the faint of heart. If you team lacks discipline or desire for high level training then this program is not for your athletes. However if your goal is to take your team from a recreation team, to a challenge team, and to a classic team or higher then Premier UK training is now the gold standard to which I hold all coaching.

Seashore Soccer AssociationI coach a U12 Challenge Soccer team. I also have three children of my own playing soccer, 2 are participating in Classic and my youngest plays Challenge. The soccer camp that we just hosted was by far, the best Soccer program that I have been involved in. Our camp coaches taught our team many skills that they will use in any given soccer game. He encouraged the team to demonstrate the skills that they had learned in his daily scrimmages. Our camp coaches had the teams complete undivided attention and respect for the entire week of the camp. I, as a veteran soccer coach, also learned an awful lot as a coach. We would like to continue to keep Premier UK involved with our teams progress throughout this upcoming season and as the children grow older. I would recommend this soccer camp to any team serious about soccer.
Premier UK started working with our U-13 girls challenge team this season. Our team is playing up a year early and we are competing well against the older teams thanks to Jamie and Chris from Premier UK. We have been able to notice great strides in their performance. Their 1st touch has improved, their communication is getting better and their movement on and off the ball has been phenomenal. It is my belief with continued training from Premier UK our girls will be moving to the classic level within the next year. The players are happy, we as coaches are happy and the parents are happy with the level of training they receive for the minimal cost of the sessions. If you are at a point where you are not sure what to do next with your team, contact Premier UK and you will be amazed at what they can do for your team in a very short period of time. We will be continuing our training with Premier UK for many more seasons. Thank you Andy Thompson and all of Premier UK for reaching out to our club and helping us grow competitively.

Coach U13 Girls-ICRD Lady Panthers
I used to be a soccer coach,or at least that is what I imagined myself to be. I was somewhat unusual, in that I grew up playing soccer inEastern North Carolina during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. In those days, “Travel Soccer” wasabsolutely that. If you livedwhere we did and wanted to play an organized game, you had to go on theroad.
I’m not sure how I firstcame in contact with the game of soccer, but I’m pretty sure it began at myschool when I was very young. Wewere always playing games involving a soccer ball. Whether it was “ball tag”, tetherball using our heads ratherthan our hands, or juggling competitions, my friends and I were never far froma soccer ball. Maybe that was thereason I started coaching to begin with. I wanted to help people, not just kids, learn to enjoysoccer just as much as I did and for the same reasons.
Today, in this country andaround the world, there are thousands of people, with an equal number oftheories, about coaching the game of soccer. I am not convinced that any one particular coaching style ormethod is absolutely correct. I thinkthat different players respond differently, and learning is not uniform. However, I do believe that, no matterwhat, the lesson should be the same. Kids should learn to lovethe game of soccer by having fun. Ironically, that is why I stopped coaching. I wasn’t making the game fun for the kids I was coaching.
So, I searched for someoneto take over the job. I wasfortunate enough to be given a recommendation about Premier U.K. from ourassociation’s board. At the time,Andy Thompson was the owner and one of only two employees. We began working with them prior to ourseason with a summer camp, and I was simply blown away with everything. From that moment, I knew that PremierU.K. was where my girls needed to be if I wanted them to learn and love thegame as I had.
Soon afterwards, Andy hiredNathan Bird as a trainer. And onceNathan began working with our girls, I knew my gig was up. The girls were smiling. They were playing games and not evenrealizing that they were working hard and learning at the same time. I was having fun remembering what itwas like to have so much fun. Sufficeit to say that I could not be happier with my decision to hire Premier U.K. tocoach my former team.
