ICRD Youth Academy
The ICRD Youth Academy under direction of Premier UK is under way in it’s second year and running with great success. The Academy Program philosophy is to emphasize player development over team development and focus on the technical development of each child without the pressures of short-term wins/losses/results. The Academy Program will be designed for the player who wants to develop his or her skills with other players who want to advance their skills alongside players with a matched ability. Training sessions will be fun but also fast paced to keep all players active in the sessions

The U14 Hammers are professionally coached by Andy Thompson of Premier UK. The team plays and trains out of Knightdale, NC. They currently hold a North Carolina in the top 20.
