Premier UK Soccer are seeking a highly motivated, driven staff member looking for full time work. The position requires a multitude of skills ranging from coaching responsibilities, administrative duties and marketing abilities. The staff member will oversee various programs and be responsible for quality and growth.

The main goal of Premier UK Soccer is to provide qualified, affordable, top level professional coaching to the youth soccer player of the United States. We pride ourselves on the development of the player from all angles of the game. We are looking for a passionate and motivated staff member to join our team to coach at Youth soccer associations throughout the state of North Carolina. www.premieruksoccer.co.uk

1. Setting and achieving goals agreed to with the Executive Director in terms of player numbers and revenue

2. Developing age appropriate curriculum for all levels of Premier UK camps and academies

3. Promoting Premier UK Soccer’s vision and values and understanding that the player comes first; player development   is the cornerstone of this club

4. Assisting with coaches clinics

5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with coaches

6. Assists administrator with seasonal responsibilities (player cards, team rosters, etc

7. Assist in the development of promotional and marketing materials for Premier UK Soccer programs

8. Must work with and communicate effectively with all team members and support staff within Premier UK Soccer and the soccercommunity

9. Must be self-motivated to grow Premier UK camps and academy programs as well as numbers within   those programs

10. Must present a professional soccer image

11.Coverage and a presence at games on weekends

12. Other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Permanent Resident of United States or Visa allowing authorization to work

Previous coaching experience is requiredAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, players, and parentsThorough knowledge of youth soccer development

Knowledge and experience with youth soccer players

Previous playing experience

Must have strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of human behavior

Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills

Must be able to successfully pass a background check

UEFA B License/ FA Level 2/ Intent to gain certifications/licenses

Prior Coaching Experience

Playing experience

B.S. or B.A. Degree or higher

Salary commensurate with experience
